Ivanhoe's NLS (New Level of Sustainability) Humla Poncho is a 100% wool poncho that features a kangaroo pocket in the front and a high collar: great for throwing on when the temperature drops, and adding an extra thermal layer. Ivanhoe's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices are on full display, as the wool in the Humla Poncho (a renewable resource) is mulesing free, and uses no chemicals, dyes, or plastics in it's production (colour variances are achieved solely by blending dark and light wool). All NLS garments are 100% biodegradeable, can be composted at the end of their lives. So while staying warm, and adding a stylish thermal layer, you're also helping to do your part for a sustainable future. Made in Sweden.

Am I restricted as to where I can have my order shipped to?
For website orders, shipping destinations are limited to physical addresses in Canada. We will not ship to PO boxes. A specific order can only be shipped to one address.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We work with Canada Post or a courier service.
How fast will I get my order?
Typically, your order should arrive within 7 business days or less, depending on the delivery address in relation to our store location. Please keep this in mind if time is critical. If you order contains an item that is not in stock, we will contact you directly via e-mail or phone to provide an estimated in-stock date and/or make alternative recommendations.
How are shipping charges calculated?
We offer free shipping for orders $200 and over before taxes. A flat-rate shipping fee of $20 (excluding tax) will be applied to orders under $200. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Why do you need my contact number and e-mail?
We must have accurate contact information in case of product back-orders or delivery issues. Also, your e-mail address is used to send your order confirmation and tracking information for your shipment. Your information will never be sold or shared with any third parties.
